Activation Code Policy

When you purchase TuneUp Gold, you are purchasing an Activation Code that will unlock the free version of TuneUp. Activation Codes are valid for a single computer.

Our policy allows for one (1) transfer per customer.

Transferring your Activation Code

A transfer can be made at any time by downloading TuneUp on a new machine and re-entering your Activation Code. A transfer will only work provided that you've previously activated only one other installation with that Activation Code.

If you have transferred your activation code in error, please contact our Support Team.

Refund Policy

TuneUp's honors refunds within 30 days of purchase or 500 cleans, whichever comes first. Please use our support page to request a refund and reference your activation code, email address used to purchase or your transaction ID.
